One post a day on Instagram and Facebook highlighting different aspects of your business, from the services or products you provide, to the humans who make it all happen. Customers also love free information, so whatever your expertise is, I can capture that, too, and help you engage followers with it. After a short interview with you and some research of your company or organization, I'll present a 30 day social media marketing campaign to you, and then we'll launch. If you don't already have a Facebook page and/or Instagram, I'll build that for you, too. I've traded Social Media Building + Branding with Ball Fitness Studios and the Reno Psychic Institute for full memberships and tuition. I've also produced and run many of my own, including: The Utility Players, Alchemist Theatre.

Team-Building & Public Speaking
The Art of Play | $750 (up to 20 people | 90 minutes)
This workshop combines innovative icebreakers with basic improv games to create a playtime experience whose only agenda is fun. Though elements of communication, teamwork, and listening underline the experience, this is one workshop that doesn't actually feel like a workshop. The results are an increase in team chemistry, and a softening of "walls" that may be in place in any team setting (especially before a longer series of workshops or lectures). Our motto is: the team that can play together can work together. (Bonus: once learned, all games are yours to use at future staff meetings, parties, or any fun gathering).
Flow Talk | $750 (up to 20 people | 90 minutes)
Qi Gong, Fire Spinning, Yoga, Jazz, Improv -- what do these things have in common? They're all "flow arts" in which the artist can achieve a meditative mental state called "flow", in addition to entertaining. The main principle of the flow art is the present moment, in which there is no attachment to the past or expectation of the future. Communication and conversation can be utilized in this way, yet many of us have to work through personal barriers to experience pure "flow talk". Join Jessica, an expert improviser and public speaker, as she takes you through exercises to unlock this potential for yourself.
In short: "Flow Talk" is a workshop that uses principles of improv in a more casual setting to allow authentic, agenda-less conversation to unfold with grace.

The secret is learning to 1) Conquer your fear of failure, 2) Become outrageously self-aware, and 3) Become hyper aware of the room. I can help you improve your speaking, presentations, and overall presence so that you appear as confident as you are an expert in your field.
